日本発リアリティー番組マネーの虎は今や世界中に広がり、米国では鮫の水槽 Shark Tank 、英国では龍の巣Dragn´s Denとして人気を集めています。そのドイツ版獅子の洞窟Die Höhle der Löwenで紹介された発明に注目します。

参加者は、奇抜なビジネスアイデアをプレゼンし、獅子と呼ばれるビジネスの達人である審査員(米国では鮫、英国では龍)を納得させ、彼らから投資を受けることができるのでしょうか。
アッと驚くアイディアと、達人たちの注目を一気に集める発明であれば、特許権を容易に取得できると思われるかもしれません。しかし、実際にはそう簡単ではありません。
