KitchBo

KitchBo

KitchBo presents an intelligent silicone baking mat:

thanks to its pyramid structure, the food rests on the mat in spots, allowing optimum air circulation, making turning unnecessary and giving meat, fish and vegetables an all-round crispy texture.

Liquids collect at the edges so that the food does not stand in its own fat.

The special trick (see Fig. 1 of DE102022108480B3) is that a three-dimensional structure 2 is periodically distributed along x-rows and y-columns and forms a systematic grid on the surface of base 1.

In the prior art, for example (see Fig. 2 of DE102008052935A1), there is a modular container for baked goods, i.e. built from several components that are detachably connected to one another, with a plurality of holding/guide elements 3 arranged in a plane of base plate 1 in the form of grooves or slots, in order to place corresponding limiting elements 4 thereon.

However, these holding/guide elements 3 are circular and arranged in the plane of the base plate 1. As a result, the same optimum air circulation is not achieved as with the KitchBo.
